Quiet swing! Great exchange of swings!,
Our baby girl is 11 weeks old. We bought her the fisher price sugar plum swing honestly…only for the looks. Little did we realize it’s super loud and the motor started to make a clicky noise after just 5 days! I then got online and read horrible reviews about the swing so my husband and I went back to BRU and exchanged it for the less expensive, luv u zoo cradle swing and it was the best decision ever! We’ve owned it for over 2 months and never looked back!

I have to disagree with the precious reviewer that posted a bad review saying the motor is loud. It Is super quiet! The trick to it is if you hear the motor at all, just separate the legs farther apart again and it will be quiet again. The key for it to stay quiet is the legs to stay the farthest apart possible.

Fisher Price Cradle Swing also has a cute mirror and mobile and multiple speeds and cute music. Fisher Price Cradle Swing is also attractive to have in your living room, neutral colors. Also another huge huge plus, it has an electric cord too! No need for batteries!

I bought this Fisher Price Cradle Swing when my daughter was 1 week old. She is now 5 weeks old and loves to take naps in her swing. She loves to watch the mobile/mirror and the music is very nice and soothing. It has multiple speeds and so far the slowest speed is plenty for my baby. The music is volume control which is a nice feature some other swings didn’t have. I also like that the mobile goes around, some of the other swings either didn’t have a mobile or it was stationary. The colors are bright and the animals are very cute. Yes the colors are more boyish but all the girl swings were quite boring I also love that it can run off batteries OR be plugged in! Quite a few fisher price swings were battery only!

My son is almost five months old and weighs 17lbs and it still swings him great, we bouht this Fisher Price Cradle Swing when he was two months old. It has a cute design and i love that i can turn it three ways. It does take up alot of space but worth it.

Much better than the Graco Silhouette Line!,

I don’t write many reviews on Amazon, but my wife and I felt that this Fisher Price Cradle Swing  really needed one, especially since there are no reviews yet. We originally purchased a Graco Silhouette based on the Baby 411 book. After the first use, we were skeptical – it didn’t soothe at all, actually it made him more upset. We tried multiple times again, even when he was quiet, but to no avail. Every time we put him in, it was the same result – he cried. We ended up returning the swing and assumed that our baby didn’t like swings. Fast forward a month and we thought we’d give it another shot, so we purchased the Snuggabunny. We’re so glad we tried again, because he loves the Snuggabunny! He can literally go from crying to sleeping within a couple of minutes. It could be that he is now a month older and that he likes swings more, or but what I’d like to believe is that this swing is much better than the Graco Silhouette line!

Here are some of the objective things I’ve noticed that make this Fisher Price Cradle Swing  a better swing.
1. Easier to put together vs. the Graco Silhouette. It took about 30 mins to put this together, much better than the almost 1.5hrs with the Graco.
2. Plug in option. All parents go through batteries with kids toys, but if you don’t have to, why bother? This one plugs right into a regular wall outlet.
3. Much better mobile. This mobile is much more visually stimulating, especially with the mirror.
4. Material. This plush fabric is much more comfortable than the plastic-like material of some of the other swings.
5. Multiple swinging options. The Graco Silhouette model only goes back and forth, whereas this Fisher Price Cradle Swing can go side to side as well as back and forth. It’s always good to have multiple options.

As for the negatives, I cannot really think of any. The only downfall I see to this swing when compared to Graco’s line is the weight limit. This only can hold 25 lbs when the Graco can handle 30 lbs. Not sure what we’re going to do when he hits that 26th lb!

So there you have Fisher Price Cradle Swing, not all swings are created equally! I’d highly recommend this to any new parent or those looking to upgrade swings. We’re actually contemplating purchasing another one to have upstairs when he has difficulty sleeping!

GREAT Tree for the price!!!!

This National Tree Dunhill Fir is a GREAT artificial tree! It shipped quicker than the time frame that was given and UPS put it on my enclosed front porch with NO DAMAGE! The National Tree Dunhill Fir and the stand were in perfect condition when I opened the box. It took me and my wife about 40 minutes to “fluff” the tree and when we finished there were no needles or broken branches. It looks very realistic because there are a few “imperfections” just like a real tree! This is our 3rd artificial tree and none of them can compare to this one. I almost pulled the plug on a tree that cost 3 times this one and thank goodness I did not! This National Tree Dunhill Fir has the feel and look of far more expensive trees on the market today!

Please refer to 3 pictures I posted so you can get an idea of what it looks like. We installed 240 C6 L.E.D. color lights and we thought it was enough. Of course there was much more room to put more if you like a brightly lit tree. The stock photo picture does nothing for this tree honestly. I purchased this Fissler USA Pressure Cooker 4 qt pressure braiser because the ten 1/2 inch cooking surface space allowed me to sear/brown flatter cuts of meat, like a beef chuck roast, in one batch instead of two before creating pot roast or beef stew. I may also work all of my meatballs in one batch for browning before pressure cooking them. it is such a convenience and a time saver, whereas my taller, narrower five 1/2 qt pressure cooker required me to brown meat in batches. it’s also a pleasant size for cooking 4 artichokes.

I’m also very happy with the standard of the pressure cooker. My other pressure cooker is that the five 1/2 qt Kuhn Rikon Duramatic, and this Fissler USA Pressure Cooker seems each bit further created. it is solidly well made, incorporates a thick serious base, compatible with induction cooktops, and incorporates a pressure regulator with many safety features like the Kuhn Rikon. i’m very glad with this purchase.

I travel extensively around the world and as airlines tighten up more and more on their baggage policies I found it harder and harder to manage the weight of my bags. Some airlines even weigh hand luggage, to ensure it’s within their tight limits (usually just a few KG over the weight of the actual bag). Each time I weigh my bags before flying I tell myself “I must write a review for this wonderful Balanzza BZ200 Ergo Digital weighing luggage scale“. So here it is!

After extensive research I bought the Balanzza BZ200 Ergo Digital weighing luggage scale and the Cabin Max Digital Portable Travel Luggage Scale.
After trying them both out for a few trips I returned the Cabin Max scale and kept the BZ200.

Here are my reasons:

Both were very accurate. The Cabin Max one is also capable of weighing very light weights in oz and grams. The BZ200 can’t do that. It just has LB and KG.
The BZ200 I have does not RESET the way it should. Basically the RESET button does nothing, so I push the on/off button to reset it.
On face value I actually preferred the Cabin Max scale. But after putting both to the test whilst travelling I realised the Cabin Max one is just too darn painful to use. I am a 6ft 2in man and stronger than most men I know. My hands are also relatively strong. But the Cabin Max scale has a thin little metal handle, and when weighing a heavy bag (mine usually hit the max weight of 23kg) it was painful to weigh the bags because it “cuts” into the hands.

The Balanzza BZ200 Ergo Digital luggage weighing scale on the other hand (no pun intended), is VERY comfortable to use. The whole device is a big handle. Easy to hold with TWO hands, and does not cut into the hands in any way.

>> ACCURACY << I had no issues with accuracy on the BZ200 (or the Cabin Max). Actually on a coupld of occasions the person at the check-in counter has said something like “gee… you must have a really accurate scale… this bag is right on 23kg”. >> TIPS << * If you are of a shorter height (say 5.5ft or less) then it may help to stand on a stair or a sturdy chair so that you can lift the bag of the ground easily. * Obviously take care of your back when weighing heavy bags… bend knees, especially if standing on a step or chair. * If you are weighing something that is well under the max allowed weight (like more than a lb or 1/2 a kilo under) it is not necessary to wait for the device to beep and lock in on the weight. You’ll see clearly enough that it’s under the allowed weight. >> PROS << * More than accurate enough for weighing hand luggage and checked luggage. * Very comfortable and relatively easy to use. >> CONS << * It can take a while to lock in on a weight. I think this is because it is quite tricky to hold a heavy bag stead enough for the weight to not keep changing a little. * It is quite heavy and bulky compared to some of the other options, but I’ve had no problem sticking it into my hand luggage after my bags are packed and weighed. * It does not do small weights down to grams and oz (unlike the Cabin Max scale) but in all honesty this is NOT needed for luggage. This is a feature that would be useful for weighing packages for the post and other such small items. * Costs a little more than the other options >> OTHER SCALES << Of the other scales available on Amazon, I make the following observations: * Taylor 8120 Digital Luggage Scale — Looks good. It would actually have been my next choice after the two I tried, or if both of the ones I tried were not to my liking. * New Travelon Luggage Scale Micro Digital Black Handheld — Simply looks too small to be practical for heavy bags. I also don’t like the hook concept. I find it very convenient to have a strap instead of a hook * Air Weigh LS-300 Portable Digital Luggage Scale — It looked to me like too many people were having issues with it. >> OVER ALL <<

Ordering was very easy, the item was shipped fast and arrived in very good condition.
I have not used it for traveling yet, but I have tired it and it was very easy to use. I will find out how accurate it is when we go on our next trip.
I would tell anyone that is going to travel by air to buy one of these.
I bought one because the last time that I traveled, I had to open my two suitcase and move things from one suitcase to the other. I was mad because one suitcase weight only 52 pounds and the other one was only 46 pounds,

prevent overweight bags,

I was travelling abroad and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of being THAT person that has to repack her bags to make sure the weight limit isn’t maxed. I’m glad I got Air Weigh LS-300 Portable Digital Luggage Scale ! I used to have to hold a bag while being on a scale, and calculate the difference, which wasn’t always so accurate b/c it’s hard to read a scale while holding a 50lb suitcase (or more)…

This thing was a pain to use at first b/c there are a few buttons, and the instructions are useless – i still don’t know what the lock/unlock feature means. What i do know is that once it’s one, and i lift a bag up, it will weigh it within 15 seconds. if not, it just needs to be reset and then try again.

I do know that this Air Weigh LS-300 Portable Digital Luggage Scale was accurate b/c my bags made it (for the first time in the entire 20+ years I’ve been flying) where it wasn’t overweight. If you physically can’t hold up a 50lb suitcase for a minute or so – DO NOT GET THIS. You are physically holding a bag in the air on this little handled thing. This gets to be troublesome, so I would (I’ve got small hands a short as can be) lift the scale with my hands under it to hold it up (think lion king – simba) vs lift it from the top (like a weight lifter about to pull the bar bell up) – palms up – it was the only way i could hold a bag up without straining my shoulders and back.

worth the $ – easy to use once you get the hang of it.

This luggage scale is great! I don’t have to worry about the metal hook getting caught on things anymore (old scale). It is a little off on weight so I make sure that my luggage weighs in around 46 lbs. to ensure that I am under the 50 lbs. It also beeps when its done weighing the luggage, and it has an option to lock the screen so that I can put the luggage down and then look at the screen.

Avoid Hassel at Airline Check In – a Must Have!,

My husband and I love this handy Taylor Luggage scale. Glad it’s available for Amazon Prime. We bought one for my parents and they love it too! Comes in handy before we leave the house… and especially as we pack up for the return home flight. Very accurate, compact, light weight – slips into the small suit case pocket. My husband and I have shifted contents between our 2 suitcases to help distribute the luggage weight. Those fancy hotel bath goodies can be heavy — so, occasionally have to be left behind. If we shop too much on vacation, we always have the option of shipping our purchases back via snail mail. It’s good to avoid a costly surprise at check-in when the airline scale flags a suitcase as “over weight.” Flying without luggage is expensive enough!

We purchased one of these a few weeks ago for our trip to Greece… The Taylor Luggage Scale itself works great and a scale of some sort is a must have in this age were airlines have been given free reign by the government to screw over there customers as much as they can get away with (at least in the US). The only complaint I could make about this item is that first and most importantly the unit turns on too easily, as a result the battery gets drained in no time if you don;t remove it for travel.

Easy and accurate and can save a serious traveler a fortune,

I used this Taylor Luggage Scale for the first time this week and it saved me $98 ($49 each way)! This is the overage fee many airlines charge for a bag if it is even a half of a pound overweight. Just be sure to allow a pound or two so you can add it to your suit case and have a little bit of weight to spare. I was packing training materials for a trip and stopped at 48.5 pounds at home, then added the scale to my bag. Sure enough, the airline weighed me in at 49.5 pounds and I escaped a $49 penalty each way by the skin of my teeth.

I’ve tried using the bathroom scale in the past but it has never been that accurate. I travel extensively and I’ll never travel without it again!
