(1) I have always wanted one of these scales in my home. It is identical to the kind you will find in a doctor’s office. It gives consistent readings from day to day. For some reason, other scales I have owned would vary in their readings up to 7 pounds from day to day, maybe because of the temperature or weather, or may be because they are just cheap. The $200 price was acceptable to me in exchange for an accurate reading. My recent beginning of a diet to lose weight was the primary reason for purchasing this scale. With my old scales it was imnpossible to know if I was gaining or losing weight until a change of 5 or 10 pounds had occurred.

When selecting a Detecto scale there are many features to consider that may look confusing at first. After researching the Detecto web site I got all the data I needed then returned to Amazon to make the purchase. Basically there are two main groups which are BALANCE BEAM or DIGITAL. I went with BALANCE BEAM. Then there is METRIC(Kilograms) or ENGLISH(Pounds) or BOTH. Other features are HEIGHT ROD, HANDLES (to aid a person stepping on or off the scale) and WHEELS (to easily move the scale). The reason there are so many model numbers to choose from is because Detecto has provided nearly all combinations of these features.

(2) received this scale just last week, and I am happy to report that it is everything I expected. I was sick of spending money on expensive digital (inconsistent) models, that stopped working after only a year or so of use. This unit provides consistent readings at eye level. It was simple to complete assembly of the two main pieces shipped in the box, and was simple to balance (and rebalance as necessary if the scale is moved).

We received the product on time and it was well packaged. My husband loves this proudct and keeps one in each room of the house that he spends the most time in. (1) Wow- this must be what Heaven smells like. This rich, warm scent has heavy amber notes, which is my favorite. One sniff of this scent and I knew I had to have it.
This scent is right for just about any occasion, from a cocktail party to a formal night out. It is rich without being overpowering. Not too sweet, not a floral scent. Has a hint of “spice.” Highly reccommended.

(2) I’ve been wearing this perfume since I was a Freshman in High School, and I still get compliments on a daily basis regarding how wonderful I smell! This scent has a heavy vanilla/spice perfume to it, so most people like to wear it for evenings - but I spritz it on daily! Best of all, a tiny little bit will go a long way, so you’ll only have to replenish your supply infrequently. Highly recommended!

(3) I have gone through a lot of perfume over the years. I have been through the entire line of victorias secret perfume and many more. This is the only perfume I buy over and over again. I can’t stand it when I walk into a room and smell someone from across the room, it disgusting and over powering. This perfume does not do that. IT is a light fragrance with a hint of vanilla. Not over powering at all. Most of the perfume I have found makes me want to throw up after about 10 minutes. My husband has migraines and this is the only perfume I can wear that doesn’t set them off. So if you want something soft sexy and sensual, this is it. If you want the I can smell you passing you in my car going 60 look some where else.

(4) I have worn this fragrance since it was introduced on the market over 15 years ago. I receive so many compliments everyday, and really can’t understand why it has been discontinued, but glad it is since I get it so cheap from other sites. The fragrance that is so close to it is Lolita Lempicka, and it is still being sold at major department stores. This I also love, and purchase for a fraction of the price on line. You will never be sorry picking this fragrance of vanilla, jasmine, and so many wonderful other ingredients, that it couldn’t be better. So many people who comment everyday can’t be wrong!!!!!People also tell me that they know I’ve come in, or have been close by when they smell this signature scent. It’s hypnotic.

Although this is simply MY personal opinion, I’d like to share it with you, scince you took the time to read this. I have been a user of Chrome for over 4 years now and to this day I still love the scent. This scent simply described as authentic. Clean, masculine and well defined. There is not other scent like it on the planet. Very few people know about it, which is why I’d like to spread the news. I wish I could describe it better for you, but you’ve just gotta smell it for yourself. Well worth every penny, this bottle will LAST. Most colognes fade after about 2 hours after application. With one spritz, several hours later you’ll still smell heavenly, and trust me, the ladies WILL notice. Take a chance, you wont be disappointed.

It is very fresh and clean and very distinctive. Also, the smell is extremely lasting. My husband puts it on early in the morning and I can still smell it quite strongly when he comes back home from work. He already finished up half a bottle. And the price on Amazon is unbeatable. It was even considerably cheaper than the prices on duty free store. I know, cause I did compare. You just can’t go wrong with this if you need a fragrance to wear at work.

Honestly I was not very impressed initially. It is a very uniquely fresh and clean scent with almost no musk at all (I think a woman could get away with wearing it). A few hours into my day, though, I was surprised. It’s very practical; not too strong but lasts with you throughout the day. Lots of positive feedback from women, too; both from compliments on the scent and positive reactions when flirting; much more so than with Drakkar. After a few days of wearing this I’ve decided to pick up additional Chrome Azzaro products. I highly recommend this for any man.

(1) This product, my late wife used when we were dating, back in the 70’s, in England. We tried to find it here in the States in the 80’s and was told in was discontinued.
