I don’t just use it for popovers but I also make cupcakes and mousselines and babas in it so it is not a one trick pony. The heavy gauge of the cups makes for excellent baking quality. Their enclosed recipe is the only one I use. Nothing compares to a fresh, hot popover at any meal. This Chicago Pan is the Rolls Royce of Popover Pans and is a perfect investment!
