(1) It has a nice heft to it. The grip is very grippy and comfortable. It looks great. It peels mangos like a dream. It has an easy, effortless, and very smooth cutting action. It works beautifully. The blade must be pretty sharp to do that. Definitely a high quality tool. I love luxury. This is yet another thing for living my luxurious lifestyle. I buy no junk. I do very high quality work and I lead the field in my own business. Conversely I demand very high quality products for my high end lifestyle. It’s first class all the way around for me!
(2) I’ve had this baby for over 3 years now. It still peels great and I have yet to replace the blade. The grip is comfortable and you don’t have a chance to nick yourself with this one, since it’s laid out just like a razor. I’m getting one for my parents.

(4) This is one of the best peelers I’ve ever used. Its blade is sharp…so sharp that it gives an extremely clean peel with little effort. A kitchen must have.

The blades are sharp and set at just the right contour for fast and efficient peeling. I peel mostly root vegetables so it is important to wash most of the dirt off before using the peeler to reduce dulling the blades. The handle is very comfortable. Try to keep the blade guard the OXO comes with to protect the blades during storage.
