(1) I am happy I purchased this set. They are durable and multifunctional. Perfect for my RV lifestyle. The handle and non-skid bottom make mixing easy. They are attractive and can be used to serve in for my casual dining style. The set nests , so they store compactly. Very happy I purchased this set.
(2) great overall for the kitchen. I gave these as gifts recently and they were warmly received. you can never have too many mixing bowls… there are always a few in the sink!
(3) I bought these bowls from amazon in the jellybean colors – red, turquoise, and lime green – not the earth tone colors. I mention this because the colors are so cool and upbeat, they’re much of the fun. But they’re great mixing bowls – I like the non-slip bottoms, and they have just enough of a handle and pouring lip. And they’re deep enough and the sides are vertical enough that what you’re mixing stays in the bowl. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that the price was very good – I bought these on the spur of the moment and only priced similar bowls in the store later.
(4) I purchased this set a few month’s back, been so impressed with them, that I went out of my way to offer a review. They are extremely durable, I put something very hot in one of them and it was no problem. Also, they are very easy to clean (a plus to us who have no dishwasher) I just filled the very dirty bowl with water and in 5 minutes, all the stuck on food came off with a quick brush stroke. They are great to use for holding potato chips or other snacks, because of their colors. They are very easy on the wrists when used for mixing, because they are deeper with a smaller cirumfrance than other mixing bowls. I really can’t believe that I got such a great set at such an inexpensive price.
