I gave this for a birthday gift. It does not come with blades, but it is an awesome tool.Don’t go cheap if you want to save effort and eventual replacement.

I’ve used this saw on several jobs now and I’m impressed. It is powerful, well built, and effective. I did discover after I had bought it that the silver housing that used to be aluminum is now made out of plastic but it’s thick and looks like it will last. Overall, I’m satisfied.

I bought the 12 amp version because it was made in the US and of its reputation with tradesman. I recently demolished a 2500 square foot two story house using crowbars and this saw. I used it to cut cast iron pipes, sections of roofing 4 inches thick, and everything from 2x4s up to a box sill 8 inches thick. It handled everything I could throw at it and some stuff the saw was probably not designed for. The quick change blade holder really came in handy when I was 40 feet in the air cutting a roof apart. Just a fantastic tool and I will recommend it without reservation.

I take this Sawzall to work everyday (construction worker) and it always takes a beating and asks for more. The saw is best in class and deserves 5 stars. Good job Milwaukee.

My husband insisted that he couldn’t do his project without purchasing a reciprocating saw. He couldn’t be happier with his purchase. And I’m happy because the project is getting done! He has found more and more projects and reasons to use his saw. We’ve only had it for about two weeks but so far it is working well. He decided on the Milwaukee brand because of it’s reputation.

I picked one of these up at the local orange store because I needed to do some tree pruning and light demolition. Though the smallest Sawzall by amperage, its got enough power to tackle anything around the home or farm. If you are a professional tradesmen, I would spring for the Super Sawzall or the cordless 28v. I researched and thought about going bigger but I now know I definitely didn’t need to.

I bought this to take down old lattice and split rail fencing around my yard. The saw cut through wood and nails with no issue and I can’t wait to find something else that needs sliced into pieces. This is also a great size tool for the homeowner as its relatively compact yet still packs a punch for most needs.

This is my first reciprocating saw. I had some heavy work done on our deck and watch as the workers used there Milwaukee saw on almost everything. We do most of the upkeep on the deck. Replacing wood planks is not uncommon. This saw makes it very easy to take off and replace decking.. Must have!
